This short training will help you go from hating your body so much that you only see flaws in your reflections, wearing dark clothes to hide your shape and questioning whether you are good enough to accepting your body for what it is. With the tips in this training and practice you will accept your imperfections, enjoy looking at your reflection, being in front of the camera (rather than behind it) and want to wear clothes that highlight your personality.
